Book a Party - Get Air

Waivers - All guests, both jumpers and non-jumpers, must complete a Get Air safety waiver. We highly recommend that waivers be filled out by everyone before the party date by accessing them through the park website. A waiver kiosk is available at the park, but the parent or legal guardian must fill out the waiver for any individual under the age of 18.

Guest Count - Our pricing is based on the number of jumpers at your party. Non-jumpers can attend at no cost. If a non-jumper decides to jump, you will be charged for an additional jumper. Please have an accurate count of guests, jumpers and non-jumpers, who are attending the party so we can place you in an appropriately sized party area. All guests who jump, including the guest of honor and membership holders, will count toward your jumper total.

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Parties can be rescheduled for free up to 48 hours before the party. However, a $50 fee will be applied for those rescheduling within 48 hours of the party. If you decide to cancel the party, the party deposit is non-refundable. Once your party concludes, all charges are final and non-refundable.

Little Air Restrictions - Little Air jumpers under 46 inches are allowed in most areas of the park, but for their safety, they are not allowed on the main court, dodgeball court, and other height-restricted features. There are plenty of areas in the park where big and little jumpers can be together.

Arrival Time - You and your guests should arrive 15 minutes early, except for those parties booked at the time the park opens. Those parties will check-in when the doors open.

Food and Drink - If your party package includes pizza and soda, one pizza and one 2-liter soda will be added at no cost for every five additional jumpers. If jumper numbers increase the day of your party, you must request the additional pizza and soda and we will do our best to accommodate. Additional food and drinks may be available to be purchased at the time of your party, however 48 hours notice is preferred. Your pizza order will be verified at the start of your party. Pizza is ordered through an outside vendor, and any day-of add-ons may not arrive at the same time as the rest of your pizza. If any of your guests have dietary restrictions, please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your needs.

Outside Food - Get Air allows limited food items, including cake, cupcakes and fruit and veggie platters. All other food and drink must be ordered through Get Air. Food not on the allowed items list will require a $50 outside food fee. This fee is waived when purchasing select party packages.

Paper Goods and Decorations - We provide basic paper goods, including plates, cups, utensils, and napkins. You are welcome to bring your own supplies, including decorations, but you will be unable to decorate your room until your party's scheduled start time. Please do not bring glitter, confetti, piñatas, silly string, or any other favors or decorations that are difficult to clean up quickly. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if such items are used.

Party Host - Every party has a shared party host who will ensure the party has everything needed. We ask parents to help enforce our rules if any child creates a safety hazard or refuses to listen to our staff.

Gratuities and Taxes - Keep in mind, the party price quoted does not include gratuity. This is your estimated total based on your current party selections. Price is subject to change based on future selections and upgrades. Your final total, including taxes, will be calculated at checkout on the day of your party.
